Carlson is in the process of implementing a two-year strategy to fully develop and integrate business resiliency into the organization. With the full support of executive management, resources have been added to each operating group responsible for business resiliency in their specific areas. The first year has been dedicated to resourcing the positions, creating a standard BIA process, conducting BIA's and incorporating existing pandemic plans into more robust business continuity plans.  Disaster recovery and risk and information security groups have also been merged to provide an integrated approach to Business Resiliency.  Attend this session to learn about the strategy behind the changes and how it all happened.
